100% Eco Cashmere yarn
Production of natural yarns, specialized in recycled cashmere or eco cashmere and all that is natural and eco-sustainable. We produce the yarns ourselves which will then be used to produce fantastic 100% cashmere sweaters with low environmental impact designed for our collections.
The research of the raw material and the preparation:
The excellence of DiffusioneStock starts from the selection of the finest "100% cashmere" raw materials. This is combined with the care with which the raw material is prepared.
In order to make this phase of the process perfect, a control system has been developed that is able to monitor all the variables of this complex operation, all developed by hand.
Cutting impurities:
What does impurity cutting mean? It is a crucial phase for cashmere processing, as everything that is not pure cashmere is cut away, but above all by hand, for example: buttons, composition labels, cuffs, elastic bands and all seams, retaining only the pure fiber.
The fraying
The second step, after a careful selection of the raw material and all the impurities removed, is divided by colour. Fundamental to continue on the path of eco-sustainability, as additives such as dyes for the fiber, "chemical products" and harmful to the environment are not used.
But you tend to only tend to what you have as a subdivision from your color selection.
Spinning and carding:
The third step, all cashmere semi-finished products or cashmere mechanics "called in jargon", at this point is ready to be transformed into a fantastic and new yarn.
I steam the yarn
With the vaporization treatment of the yarn, the fiber becomes softer and more compact/stable, in some cases a double vaporization is performed.
Winding and clearing
During the winding phase the various and possible imperfections and defects of the yarn are removed, it is wound on cones all of the same weight.
At this point we have our yarn, ready to be shipped to weaving mills for new products.
