WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

When a limited-quantity product is announced, we offer our customers the chance to book it before it is available for sale. This ensures you secure the product as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

Note: Pre-order availability is limited. Once the campaign is sold out, we cannot guarantee the product will be available in stock.

WHY PRE-ORDER?

  • No waiting: You don't need to monitor the launch date.
  • Priority: You secure your product even in limited quantities.
  • Flexible management: You decide when to receive your goods.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

To confirm a pre-order, a 20% earnest money deposit is required at the time of purchase. The remaining balance will be requested via email as soon as the product is available in stock.

Flexible Shipping: Once the product is available, you will receive a notification for the balance. You can choose to have the goods shipped immediately or request to keep them in storage with us, waiting for your sales season. Shipping will take place at the times we agree upon together.

MIXED ORDERS (AVAILABLE ITEMS + PRE-ORDER)

You can purchase pre-order items together with products already in stock, but shipping will only take place once the entire order is complete.

Recommendation to receive available products immediately:
We suggest placing two separate orders:

  • Order 1 (Available products): You pay the full amount and receive the goods immediately.
  • Order 2 (Pre-order): You pay only the 20% deposit. In the "Notes" of your order, please indicate the date you wish to receive the goods or your seasonal preference: we will notify you as soon as the product is available to proceed with the balance and scheduled shipping.

Cancellations and Modifications:

  • Cancellation: Entails the loss of the 20% deposit to cover stock immobilization costs.
  • Modifications: Pre-orders cannot be modified. For urgent matters or special requests, please contact our Customer Service: info@diffusionestock.com.
