Shipping Information
Shipments both in Italy and Europe are carried out via courier BRT / DPD / FEDEX / DHL / GLS.
Shipping costs in Italy
The costs of a shipment in Italy, "considering unfortunately all the increases", are about 28/30 € for a box of 40/50 sweaters, excluding insurance, which must be calculated separately at the customer's discretion whether to request it or not.
Shipping costs in Europe (EU)
For a European shipment, the costs are about 50/60 € for a box of 40/50 sweaters, excluding insurance, which must be calculated separately at the customer's discretion whether to request it or not.
Shipping documentation
As required by trade laws, all shipments from DiffusioneStock are accompanied by Accompanying Invoice or official DDT stating the value of each item in Euros.
Shipping hours
Orders are shipped by DiffusioneStock from Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Shipment tracking
At the time of order shipment, DiffusioneStock sends its customers an email containing the tracking number provided by BRT / DPD / GLS / FEDEX / DHL.
Customers can track their shipment on our website under "BRT / DPD / GLS / FEDEX / DHL shipment tracking", simply entering the tracking number in the “Shipment Tracking” field.
The webpage will show the exact and updated movements of the shipment.
Goods inspection upon receipt
Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as confirmation of delivery.
DiffusioneStock packages are carefully packed with plastic seal and security tape with key.
If the package appears tampered with or the tape is not intact, customers must: sign with reservation, or refuse the delivery.
In case of unauthorized signature or evidence of tampering, customers must immediately report the incident to the local courier and for knowledge contact DiffusioneStock at info@diffusionestock.com.
Undelivered shipment
If the shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Acceptance of delivery
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with DiffusioneStock and agree to accept delivery of their package.
If the customer refuses delivery or requests return to sender, all shipping costs will be charged, possibly deducted from any refund due.
Shipping insurance
DiffusioneStock shipments are not insured against theft or accidental damage. If the customer wishes to use this service, it must be selected at checkout, for example:

- DHL + Insurance
- FEDEX + Insurance
- TNT + Insurance

- EUROPE + Insurance
Goods always travel at the customer's risk, unless a total insurance coverage is explicitly requested (always at the customer's expense). Once the shipment arrives at the destination, the insurance becomes invalid.
⚠ IMPORTANT WARNING
- Shipping costs are always paid by the buyer. For shipments to non-EU countries, duties and customs fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. We invite you to contact your local customs office for further information.
- It is always recommended to insure the shipment. If you choose not to insure the shipment and damage, loss, or theft occurs, it will not be possible to request any refund from either DiffusioneStock or the courier.
