How much is shipping ?

It will be calculated on the basis of the volume / weight of the goods purchased and on the basis of the destination.

 

Is it possible to give the courier a timetable?

No, it is not possible to schedule the courier. The courier, in general, delivers according to the laps he has to do in that particular area. If the courier does not find the recipient at the time of delivery, he will automatically reschedule the delivery to the next working day.

Yes, where applicable ( usually for only Italy )

 

Can a trusted person or a trusted courier come to pick up my order? 

Yes, only if the order has Italy as its destination.

Unlike in all other "Eu and extra Eu" countries, the collection of the goods by a courier is mandatory.

 

Can I order over the phone or even at your showroom?

Is shipping insured? 

No, but it is possible to request insurance, by sending an e-mail to: [email protected]

 

What are the delivery times? 

Orders are delivered to the BRT-DPD courier within 24 working hours from receipt of payment:

- In Italy they are delivered within 1-2 working days.

- In Europe delivery times vary according to the final destination: from 2 to 5 days

Delivery of the wrong product 

The quality control is truly strict: after completing its production or storage process, each item is carefully examined and inspected in its entirety, before being entrusted to the shipping department.
