In fact, the right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code concerns only the consumer. The notion of "consumer" is foreseen by the. 3 lett. TO. lgs. 206/05: "consumer or user: the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out". Therefore, since we are an activity aimed only at VAT number, therefore professionals and not consumers, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal regulated by the Consumer Code.
